Emporia Ministry is a Latter-day Seekers Ministry serving east-central Kansas. We share the peace of Jesus Christ by caring for one another, for all people, and for the earth itself and invite others to come, be transformed, and then go forth to serve others.

Maybe it is time for you to consider something different. Our Latter-day Seekers Ministry introduces Community of Christ to those with a LDS background. While we seek dialogue with all people; we do not proselytize. For those happy in their faith, we are happy for you.

​Center for Innovation in Ministry and Mission

The Center for Innovation in Ministry and Mission (CIMM) presents live classes exploring theology, culture, and Community of Christ Identity, Mission, Message, and Beliefs in “bite-sized” sessions. These no-cost live sessions will take place most Wednesdays at 7 p.m. CST.

​These classes can be used as discussion starters in adult classes or for personal spiritual/educational development.
Online Prayer Ministry
​The Topeka Community of Christ congregation believes that everyone should have access to prayer and the support of a faith community, regardless of their circumstances.

Their Online Prayer Ministry is designed to make it easy for everyone to connect with us and receive the spiritual support they need.
This ministry is open to anyone who needs it, regardless of their religious affiliation or background.
Whether you're facing a difficult time in your life, struggling with a particular issue, or simply in need of some spiritual guidance, our Prayer Ministry is here to help.
The Prayer Ministry maintains a list of concerns, submitted by friends and members. They circulate this list of concerns and prayer requests to members of their congregation, weekly by email, so they may pray for those in their time of need.  

They do not publish the prayer list on their website or social media accounts. 
We understand that not everyone is able to physically attend a church facility, but we want to make sure that everyone feels welcome and supported by our faith community. If you're interested in learning more about this Online Prayer Ministry, please visit the Topeka Community of Christ website.

Harmony provides advocacy, education, and resources for Queer voices* in Community of Christ with a shared vision of full participation.

*The term Queer is being reclaimed by some who identify  as LGBTQ+ and is used as an umbrella term for the LGBTQ+ community.  We use the phrase “Queer voices” to describe all persons, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity (SOGI), who have the courage to use their voice to speak for justice for the marginalized in the Queer community.​

The purpose of Harmony is to affirm the dignity and worth of all persons without regard to gender, race, sexual orientation, or religious affiliation.
